Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of placing them. After that, your order may already be processed for shipping.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear.

6. Why is my order arriving in multiple packages?
